      We are limited to only 150 shares this season.  Your share will be    reserved upon receipt of your registration and payment.You can print off this form and send it in with your payment or register with PayPal.  To mail your registration, our address is: Quail Hollow Farm, P.O. (We put a lot of expense and effort to get crops ready for your share.  If you should have reason to discontinue your share it will be your responsibility to have someone pick up for you or to take your place.  All shares are non-refundable.)

Bi-Weekly Spring/Summer Share  $225 for on-farm pick-up, $290 delivered.
